Items that are NOT eligible for return or exchange. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, and the current decree of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 360 dated July 19, 2005, the following items of proper quality are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

• Medicinal products and remedies.
• Hygiene items.
• Vitamins and supplements.
• Cosmetic products.
• Other non-food items.
